Postdoctoral Researcher. Management & Leadership Consultant. International Speaker. Author.
More than twenty years. More than two hundred organizations. One unwavering commitment: to help leaders build what endures through strategy, culture, and human development grounded in science.
Brazil, Argentina, and the United States
Cristiane began her career in retail, in her family’s group of stores, where she worked as a manager and team leader for more than ten years. With a degree in Business Administration, she began her professional transition in 2004 to dedicate herself exclusively to her own business consultancy. In the same period she also began teaching in postgraduate programs, an activity she has carried on alongside her consulting work.
Her personal and professional journey is deeply rooted in Northeast Brazil, particularly in Sergipe, the smallest state in the country, a place she proudly identifies with. Throughout her career, Cristiane travelled across different regions of Brazil to study and to work. Many of her certifications and specialization programs were completed in São Paulo and Salvador, as well as in Buenos Aires and the United States.
Her consulting practice began with unexpected invitations to speak and to facilitate behavioral training programs, following the presentation of her undergraduate thesis on leadership. Recognized as one of the best works of the year at her university, the thesis received a special distinction and was exhibited in a public gallery. Those studies, together with the professional experience she had already accumulated, helped Cristiane recognize her true vocation and continue investing in a consistent and in-depth formation.
In July 2004 she became a student at Sociedade Maria Cristo (www.mariacristo.com.br), an organization with special consultative status with the United Nations Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC), under the guidance of her professor and spiritual advisor Benjamin Teixeira de Aguiar. From that period onward, her studies and professional methods began to incorporate a broader spiritual perspective, completely separate from religiosity. Jungian psychology, philosophy, neuroscience and modern physics took on a new dimension in her work, particularly in understanding purpose and the meaning of existential events, and how these relate to life and to organizational contexts.

Cristiane introduced, and continues to apply, the Thought of Eugênia-Aspásia, the Spiritual Guide of her spiritual advisor, to the corporate world. Her studies in holographic management, biology, neurolinguistics and the most recent developments in neuroscience are also integrated into the work, which remains aligned with the research and publications of the world’s leading business schools.
From 2004 onward, invitations to speak at conferences and facilitate training outside her home state became increasingly frequent, leading Cristiane to take part in national and international events and congresses.
Cristiane’s first talks in the United States came through invitations from her spiritual advisor. In 2012, and again in 2015, she was invited by him to speak at United Nations Headquarters in New York during the organization’s annual international event. On those occasions she presented the theme of fraternity in organizations, which would later become the central focus of her research and of the book Fraternal Leadership in the Age of Meta-Consciousness, published in Portuguese, Spanish and English.
From 2012 she began to intensify her research and her practice, travelling to Argentina and the United States annually until the pandemic. She later decided to immigrate to the United States, after being recognized by the American government as a professional of exceptional ability whose work serves the national interest.
Cristiane immigrated to the United States with a solid academic and professional background, the trajectory of which can be followed on this site. Over the course of her career in Brazil she also built a significant media presence, appearing as a commentator on TV Sergipe, a Rede Globo affiliate, and on TV Alese, the channel of the Legislative Assembly of Sergipe, as well as writing columns for CBN Rádio and Jornal da Cidade. Across these platforms she addressed themes related to business, entrepreneurship, leadership, organizational behavior and careers.

How Cristiane Works
Cristiane’s consulting philosophy rests on one premise: organizations do not fail only because of problems with strategy, technology or the market. Even when those elements work well, there can be misalignment between the people, the culture and the strategic direction of the company. In many cases the culture stops supporting the strategy and begins to produce negative effects across different dimensions of the business.
The role of the consultant is to make that misalignment visible, identify its causes and create the conditions for leadership to address it consciously and in a structured way — before it is noticed only through the losses, conflicts and attrition it produces.
This philosophy determines how every engagement begins. Before any recommendation, Cristiane listens, maps the organizational context, interviews professionals at different levels of the hierarchy — leadership in particular — analyses existing data, and works to understand the distance between what the organization declares itself to be and how it actually operates.
Diagnosis precedes development because those inside an organization cannot always see clearly the causes of the problems they face. Proximity to the operation, established relationships and the culture itself can create blind spots. An outside perspective adds method, questioning and greater neutrality to the analysis. When this stage is skipped, there is a risk of investing time and resources in solutions that treat symptoms without reaching causes. The problem then tends to return, even if in another form.
Having built her consulting career in Brazil and extended her practice to the United States, Argentina and other contexts in Latin America, Cristiane also brings a cross-cultural perspective to the work. Organizational culture does not exist in isolation from the culture the people themselves come from. How hierarchy is perceived, what counts as direct or inappropriate communication, how decisions are made and how feedback is given and received can vary significantly between countries and professional environments.
For organizations operating across different countries and cultures, understanding those differences is not merely an advantage. It is part of the diagnosis itself, and it directly shapes how strategies are communicated, how leaders are developed and how organizational cultures are built.
Behind all of this is a multidisciplinary academic and professional formation, built over more than two decades, that integrates different fields of knowledge: management, leadership, organizational behavior and culture, neuroscience, social psychology, Jungian psychology, group dynamics, strategy and human development.
That combination becomes one of the distinguishing features of her work, because it allows the organization to be examined beyond its performance indicators. Good numbers may not be sustainable when the culture, the behaviors and the leadership profiles do not keep pace with the strategy of the business. Understanding these different dimensions makes it possible to identify not only the results the company achieves today, but also the internal conditions that may sustain or compromise its growth in the future.
Diagnosis Before Prescription
Every engagement begins with a structured listening and mapping phase. No strategy is designed before the real situation is fully understood from multiple perspectives.
Co-Creation Over Delivery
Clients take an active part in building the strategy, the culture plan and the development framework, with technical and methodological guidance throughout. That participation deepens their understanding of the decisions, strengthens commitment and creates ownership over what will be implemented. Rather than receiving ready-made solutions, the organization develops paths built from its own reality, challenges and objectives.
Science Over Instinct
Recommendations do not rest on perception or practical experience alone. The work integrates recognised instruments and scientific frameworks applied to management and organizational behavior. Data, diagnosis and behavioral analysis help support decisions.
Integration Over Isolation
Culture, strategy, and people are one system. Solving any one in isolation from the others produces incomplete results that do not sustain beyond the engagement.
